Driven 2 Success

We're providing reliable transportation to major job sites, access to transportation, grocery stores and food pantries, child care and schools and medical facilities on the Far Eastside and Eastside of Indianapolis.

Training Youth for Success

TYFS provides valuable employability skills and employment training that will assist youth in obtaining gainful employment and job retention when they enter the workforce.

Youth Council

Pathway's Youth Council provides an opportunity to promote youth engagement in the community. Youth will gain valuable working experience for their resume, leadership skills, and business skills.

What is REED?

REED stands for Reach, Educate, and Empower to Disrupt.

REED is an intervention program designed to empower people to reach their highest potential.​

Who is REED for?

REED is for Indianapolis residents aged 18-45 who reside in the following zip codes: 46201, 46205, 46218, 46219, 46226, 46229, 46235, and 46236

What does REED provide?

The REED program provides free transportation, mental health support, family assistance, job readiness training, parenting education, and much more.
